Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — PF transfer not processed

I am working with FIL INDIA BUSINESS &RESEARCH SERVICES PVT LTD Gurgaon (PF Acc no - GN/GGN/30838/20878) and have submitted the PF transfer request from my previous employer which is DXC.Technology, Bangalore in Jan, 2018 (PF number - PY/BOM/13015/059029) and my previous employer has transferred the amount from end on 2nd Feb, 2018 but the amount has still not credited in my account yet.
I have raised grievances with EPFO Gurgaon multiple times and have shared annexure k and cheque details over post as requested by them but have still not received any update.

Kindly help me get my PF credited to my account.
