Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — rejection of form no. 19

I requested to change my name and aadhar card details but almost 50 days over still no action taken in chandigarh field office please take immediate action.

I am trying to claim my pf for about 6 months. every time it is showing ERROR EXEPTION DATA NOT FOUND. costumer care of epfo not giving any explanation they are just saying try again. my kyc is complete and everything in my account is correct. I have done saveral mails and calls to them.

My name is G.POONGAVANAM. I have applied EPFO on 27.05.2021. But 24.06.2021 I have received message in my registered mobile form - 19 rejected.I am from GIRH & FWT GANDHIGRAM Retired staff on 30.06.2019. Our Institute had paid the 7th Pay arrears amount at the PF Office, Madurai on May 2021;. This amount is credited in my PF account.
In this regard I have submitted the Form 19 at PF Office to claim the arrear amount .The above claim form is rejected by the PF Office because I have retired on 30.06.2019. Hence I request you to kindly sanction and claim the above 7th pay arrears amount to my bank account.

मी सुमारे 6 महिन्यांपासून माझ्या पीएफचा दावा करण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहे. प्रत्येक वेळी तो एरर एक्सेप्शन डेटा सापडला नाही असे दाखवत आहे. EPFO चे ग्राहक काळजी कोणतेही स्पष्टीकरण देत नाहीत ते फक्त पुन्हा प्रयत्न करा म्हणत आहेत. माझे kyc पूर्ण झाले आहे आणि माझ्या खात्यातील सर्व काही बरोबर आहे. मी त्यांना सेव्हरल मेल्स आणि कॉल्स केले आहेत.
