[Resolved]  Genius Consultants Ltd — PF CLAIM APPLIED BUT STILL NOT SETTLED

Sir im Chetan lakhapati im applied for pf withdrawal 6 june 2018 but yet my ammount not credit in my account.and I try to call with ur company officer (kaustubh sawant)he also ignore me and pf office phone always engaged...I want my pf amount emmedietlly .

I was placed by the genius consultant in the NYK AUTO LOGISTICS PVT LTD 26 OCTOBER 2013. After that formalities were done by genius consultant where he fills my epf account etc. After few months when i asked for the epf account number and other, they did provided me however the name dob and father was incorrect. I have asked them several times to correct the same and they did. However i am still having issue with my name as it is still incorrect. I have asked them to correct it and written mail several time still did not get a positive response. Its been more that 17 month since i have asked them to do so.Currently he have all my details and proof and still the work is not done. My money have been stuck due to these guys careless and i am afraid if they have withdrawn my money and have used it.

Please help me, i have written several mail to them but never get a positive respond from their end

3rd class service provided by genius team.no ph call received.

Still no any update from your side.what is services provided by you.last months on 2nd sep'20 I have send to you pf withdrawal form and regards documents now approx 40 days gone but no any amount credit myself account.
how much more time will it take.

i applied for pf claim. i mailed the documents to the helpdesk so many times.buty pf is not settled till now. i have waited for 6 months for this issue.

Really Pathetic from last two years I m fighting for my PF amount transfer to new agency but still not done I have several time but giving false commitment it wil done in 15 days 10 days 1 month but still not done...
