EMS — Parcel Haven't been received

A parcel was sent to me from Nigeria on Thursday the 29th December 2016 and I still haven't received anything over here in Ghana. It's been like three weeks now and the package is really important please please I need this sorted out, I've been stranded for some time now. My parcel left China mid-Dec 2017 and to date (24.01)its still with EMS. I have lost so much business because i could not supply the products. Absolutely pathetic service and no one takes responsibility
