Company is very big fraud,, they retain my balance and will force me to deposit more balance. At end they will block me and retain my a/c rs.1569.99 if some one has any way out then please help me

They had cheated many persons and making new persons fool.

I had called them many times but they neither responding nor returning my payment. And for the email they say that the mail has been forwarded to the concern department, but no action ever

I had rs 46075/-balance in my account (In my portel balance-16515/- and 29560/- balance in my delear till day), there is message of "insufficient amount balance in id". My all retailers account 's balance are also same problem, they also couldn't use their balance. After it i contacted with buysmart's sales executive there are no proper answer. So how to release my balance.
This balance blocked by buysmart. Executive speak you add new money, i have given 10% from old balance but its not given..
So please help me and my dealer.

My buysmart Ebasket balance 655 rs lived but not behaving live account no any activites was done for a few days. Account are blocked without any sufficiant or leagle reasion its a deficult to use my money. How to claim my money unnaccassary travel facing.
Coustomer care not responding dairectly created inconviniance wt is the way to provide services.

I am the distributor of eprs since 1.5 years, from the last 6 months they have blocked the amount, when ever i contacted the sales person, he is not giving response and returnly he is blackmailing to deposit the money, sales person is srinivas ([protected]), can any take responsible and solve the issue. I am distributor of eprs buysmart (Distributor no-[protected]). I have 3900 rs. Balance in my account & dealer network. From last 5 months company have blocked our balance, we are unable to use our balance, after every transaction there is message of "insufficient balance" or "topop server down".

When we call to company's customer care they have only 1 reply "contact to your sales executive" and when ever we call mr. Rahul who is our sales executive he blackmails us that "deposite new balance and restart business" than they will refund our blocked balance in installments. It means...

I am distributor of eprs buysmart (Distributor no-[protected]). I have 46103 rs. Balance in my account & dealer network. From last 5 months company have blocked our balance, we are unable to use our balance, after every transaction there is message of "insufficient balance" or "topop server down".

When we call to company's customer care they have only 1 reply "contact to your sales executive" and when ever we call mr. Abhijeet who is our sales executive he blackmails us that "deposite new balance and restart business" than they will refund our blocked balance in installments. It means i have to purchase eprs and they will add amount (Extra amount from blocked amount) with purchased eprs amount.

As per conversation with him i purchased eprs balance of more 5000 rs. They start my id after using only 3200 rs balance again they blocked my account. Also they didn't add any extra amount from blocked amount.
If we ask contact numbers of higher authority person/ directors they does not provide us.
Customer care and sales executive both are not helping us.

Please help us. Please restart our id to do transaction and refund our balance 46103.

Dear sir i am working as a distributor with eprss prepaid recharge services india pvt. Ltd. C-207, kpct commercial complex, fatima nagar, wanowrie, pune, maharashtra - 411013.
Sir since last few months all the eprs buysmart portal ids of my retailers are not working as they are not able to use any of the services provided by the eprs company in there portal while all my retailers have got sufficient balance in there portal id i have informed the company about the same but no one is giving the satisfactory answer and now they are not reviving the calls made from my end even they are not responding to the mail dropped from my end sir i suffering a great loss from last three months as i have already transferred the amount to eprss company bank account for availing those services but the company is now breaching the contract as non of my retailers are able to use those services . Sir please help me for either eprs buysmar company restart those services or refund my full amount with loss that i am bearing from last three months.
