EPRS Buysmart — refund issues | |||||
I am distributor (Ez04317) of eprs buysmart retailer from last 4-5 year. I had rs 15000/-balance in my account and 15000/- balance in my delear till day there is message of "insufficient amount balance in id". My all retailers account 's balance are also same problem, they also couldn't use their balance. After it i contacted with buysmart's sales executive there are no proper answer. The company has been closed but they have not returned the balance of any dealer even their staff also are making fraud by calling the dealers pl. Send 200 rs we will refund all your balance but till date they have not refunded to any dealer
