Essar Petrol Pump — Essar Petrol RR Nagar 500 INR bluffed

Today morning i was driving my car . after running for few kms it came in reserve mode. So i went to Essar petrol RR Nagar, Halagevadeyarahalli Village, Bangalore South Taluka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560098. I had paid 500 INR to fill petrol in my car but reserve mode of car did not go off. I understood . I informed to Manager and petrol bank service guy . But they did not take any action. They took 500 but did not fill the petrol. As a result again i paid 500 to fill the petrol this time reserve mode went off. So initially 500 INR they bluffed me.
