I have paid 70Rs to fill the petrol in Essar Sri Sai petrol bunk in Allagadda-518543, Ahobilam road petrol bunk. My bike stopped after driving for 1 km. Manager was rude when I discuss about it. I am not at all happy with him response.

Petrol bunk place: vangal main road, karur, tamilnadu.
Worst customer care. Not all one member who is cash collector. Put worst worst against customer.

I Was the customer of Essar petrol bunk in Simon Nagar, Vuda Colony, Kurmannapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530046

The petrol provided the bunk is quality and quantity is low and no one cannot responded i was raised a compliant but the bunk management is saying the false data i think that the pump of the petrol (chip reading shows false data )

Please take the charge and inspect the bunk as soon as possible

I have been a regular customer to Essar for several years. The main problem is that every time the attendant has to be informed to wait for auto cutoff. Otherwise, the attendant will lift the gun in a hurry as soon as the counter shows the reading. I have also lodged a complaint couple of times. But there has been no response.
I filled 10 litres of Diesel today morning vide Receipt no: J0209, FCC ID: [protected], FIP no. 03 at Harsha Enterprises, 3037/2597/3, Gottigere, Bengaluru-560083.
But before I asked him to wait for auto cutoff, the attendant hurriedly removed the gun and argued that I had to inform him earlier and was very rude. I then approached the In-charge there, but he was even more rude and shouted that they are not our slaves and they cannot wait till auto cutoff as it takes around 2 minutes. When I told him that if they cannot wait till auto cutoff, then I will not be visiting again - for which he told that he is not bothered. I know that one customer's business may not effect their business.
Is this the way the service to be provided to the customers?
This happened at Harsha Enterprises, 3037/2597/3, Gottigere, Bengaluru-560083.
I am totally upset with the rude behavior of the staff there and they are very arrogant.
In this context, may I request you to instruct them properly and have this issue corrected failing which, I will be constrained to approach the Consumer Forum to redress my grievances.

Whenever I visit Essar petrol pump modipuram meerut they refuse to provide air facility stating this or that reason.Yesterday also I took diesel in my car about 4 pm and asked the person to check air pressure in the tires but he told that person is not available and he has gone to take lunch.

Today morning i was driving my car . after running for few kms it came in reserve mode. So i went to Essar petrol RR Nagar, Halagevadeyarahalli Village, Bangalore South Taluka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560098. I had paid 500 INR to fill petrol in my car but reserve mode of car did not go off. I understood . I informed to Manager and petrol bank service guy . But they did not take any action. They took 500 but did not fill the petrol. As a result...

Today now i am full the petrol to my bike time correctly 9:25pm to 9:35pm I am full petrol for rs 100 ; while the petrol filling person filling the petrol its gets leaked in between nozzle and the petrol pump hose ; while i am asking why the petrol is leaked in floor instead of my motor cycle tank ; he simply said that it might be 10 or 20 drops only;
I am asked its ok just fill that amount of petrol for rs just 2 or 5 he simply said that do you know the quantity for rs 5 it may be 50 ml he insulted me.
I am just asking this only ; i pay for rs100 that means the petrol must be completely full for 100 rs ; i am not paying amount for droping the petrol on floor or anywere else;
First i want the correct comsuption and respect ; this way are u welcoming ur customers

I had taken 500 rupees petrol in Essar petrol bunk in rly kodur mandal, Kadapa dt. Bayanapalli village, but I didn't get drop petrol also it is empty tank, when I called them, they told who are you, kindly check that bunk once.

When I asked for the petrol, while delivering in pump got off in between .When we ask for the confirmation whether the petrol has delivered in or not, the manager insulted me without accepting money and sending out

Air pump is not working for the last one year.
Every time I visit this petrol pump station I get same reply Air pump is under repair.
Reckless reply by staff.

Respected sir/mam I filled petrol in the ezzar petrol bunk in edaikazhinadu exact location vilambur then I had gone to the air machine there is no staff for the air department and one of the staff in the bunk he replied the machine was repair after a week again I go & asked abt it they replied rudely so kindly get action on that bunk please immediately take action ... Today we filled car tank at essar pump near sector 37 shamshan ghat faridabad for Rs299 but the meter was not showing actual readings.As calculated it was a fraud near about 9:30 lts

I'm your regular customer but today give me no bil and I notice 2 time they give less petrol
It means they doing fraud I purchase 299
Petrol and I see my meter show petrol is not more than 245 rupees I check 2 time and I see
The difference sir please do something they are doing fraud with customer

Worst company ever

I was paid Rs 500 to fill peteol in my car but those people did not fill any fuel in my car.
My got stucked only after 16 km due to low fuel.

I written this mail againts essar petrol pump at Aurangabad Maharashtra near Gajanan Mandir Garkheda Parisar 431001.

At the time of petrol filling the workers is on drunked alcohol and at that time they was closed the petrol pump at said that the there is no electricity. And also misbehave with ladies and other customers.

I went to the essar petrol pump on dated 19/06/2021 at 1.50 pm located at Geeta nagar manewada besa road nagpur 40027 . when i have stop my car MH 31EA 4579 and said him to fill the petrol of 500/-. . immegiatly my phone was rung and my attention is diverted. and he said filled the petril and i have piad the rs 500/- cash . after that went to besa sq near by two km and i found that my digitar meter has same blinking not indication of petrol filling. i have return to petrol pump and said about the event but they denied for that.

but i know that he has not filled petrol in my car only he has done acting of that because i was total diverted in urgent phone call.
so pls enq and cheque it . and take necessary action

I visited essar petrol pump at AGGARWAL FILLING STATION. TARANTARN JANDIALA ROAD on[protected]:09:29:53. I filled petrol of 1000 rupees. then I say for air then they says that air pump not working. This happen three times with me.

I went to essar petrol today on 14/6/21 pump located in parvat patia named pari petroleum, i filled 2000 diesel and went to fill nitrogen, after filling nitrogen attendent says its chargebale, i had no objection to pay but i said why are no charges written he say talk to manger, manage says its nor written free means its chargable, i said u must put charges board regarding chargea so people know what are charges and its free or not as many other essar pump offer free nitrogen instead of agreeing on putting charges board he say s i[censored] r not able to pay charges you are not compentable or driving or owing car..and he wipp no put charges boad according to him if its not wriiten free it means its chargable...its such a unethical and rude behaviour from owner as if he is owing me by filling my car..very disappointed with such a unethical and rude behaviour company must take action for such customer service

I have filled petrol on 28th May 2021 and paid via debit card. On 31st May essar has been debited 4.63 Rs. Without given any information or notice.

This incident happend today. I went to Essar gas station. This petrol pump is located in seloo, district Wardha, Maharashtra.
When I asked for 2t oil pouches. They sell me for ₹10 for each pouch. When I told them that the price mentioned is ₹8. Then they told me that remaining 2₹ is their profit. If you want to buy it. Or go away.
This is a small fraud but it’s affecting your brand value.

When I went to refuel, I waited for 30 minutes and then he said no online payment and I am dissatisfied with the rude behavior of the staff.

I went to an essay petrol pump named "maa narayani filling station" at Tihidi of bhadrak district. I refueled my car. The bill was Rs 1063. Later I came to know there is no swipe machine. I wanted to pay via credit card. I had very less money in my savings account. Then I went to the manager. He was very rude and told me that they don't have swipe machine and also they don't want to purchase in future. I became very disappointed and paid via phonepe.

Today i was going to SSR ESSAR PETROL Walajapet, Ranipet District, TamilNadu. Bunk is not working, I talk to bunk staff what is reason for, but they approach was worst and very bad. And also they are not wearing the mask. Current situation they are very careless. Kindly request to stop this kinds o[censored]seless activities.

Air is not available for more than 2 months.machine is out of service.
