I changed over engine oil from essar petrol pump near itwa pipra begusarai bihar.

The ownwer of the gas station not allowed me fill air in my cars tyre.. And he said its not a free services for you.. Im a rgular customer of essar plus fuel.. But from now I'll never ever use ur product again...

This is regarding complaint. I’m traveling to Ponnur, Guntur District, from Guntur. Night at 11pm. The petrol agent having petrol not fillies petrol as he is sleeping. On the yo essar there are 5 to 6 petrol stations. As due to promising quality by essar I avoided all the stations came to essar they completely disappointed me. If fuel is not there they have to put a caution no fuel. But no such caution board. This is very bad thing from essar. Hope necessary action may taken against the dealer. Thank you. Hope I may be heard.

I had filled petrol from Essar Petrol Pump (SHIV LAHERI PETROLEUM) Sarotra, Gujarat 385135 on 8th Mar 2020, there was some issue with the card machine, so they swiped the card two time, saying the first will be credited back.

However, when I checked my credit card statement the amount was charged twice. when contacted the concerned person, they said due to lock down they can not check, and later denied of any such credit.

Essar pump located near Karippur police station, Malappuram Dist, Kerala.
This pump owners are not providing the payment facility like debit, UPI especially on this pandemic situation. I questioned them about this, and they replied that they cant provide these, its because of network issue... i think its a silly answer in this current situation. Internet facility is not a barrier on this current scenario. Because today wired internet also available every where. i understand that they are not ready to provide such facilities whatever it is...

I visited Essar petrol station yesterday evening at 8:20 at Lingrajpurum petrol station I gave the staff 200 rupees to the staff he took I told him fill fuel for 200 rupees then he filled my bike after that he is arguing that he never took 200 rupees money from me I was really disappointed since I had to go somewhere else urgently I had to wait for the station manager to come and check the CCTV footage what a pethatic service ESSAR give please recite some responsibility staff very pethatic staff I can say
What is the international ESSAR petrol doing Don’t your send compliance team to check the standard and customer service standards in Indian

Sir in essar petrol pump near hinjilikatu, berhampur, dist - ganjam, the workers are tampering fuel quantity and quality, as today i noticed 2nd time while fueling my bike, pls do an inquiry as it hampers our trust.

I have filled 200rs petrol in essar petrol pump in attali kommara Road in the morning around 7.30am.
See my work is marketing everyday I am travelling with 0km reading when i started around 6km my tank came to reserve, I travelled around 16km and I filled petrol in cattails essar pum with 200rs(when filling petrol that guy diverted me to check some bad smell from bike then I am checking nothing is there, I paid 200rs and started my journey to Kaikaluru, i reached Kaikaluru then my tank became reserve then the reading 80.6km,
My bike gives 61 to 62 km per liter, how come 200rs petrol gives 80.6 km,
That guy cheating me for 100 rs.
Do need ful to complaint asap.

1. I own a i 20 Magna (Petrol), Tank capacity 45 ltrs
2. After amber warning, 5 ltrs balance will be there in the tank.It had come at 69, 102 Km on 3rd Sep evening.
3. I filled up Tankful yesterday at 10:13:24 Narayana Energy (Achyutha Fuels) at Sy No 79, Site 8 and 9, Kothanur Dinne Main Road, JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bangalore 560076.
4. I made the payment by credit card. Did not really check the volume of fuel. Noted down my milo meter reading . It was 69, 118 km.
5. I live very close by (with in 100 mtrs. I monitor the fuel consumption very closely.
Yesterday evening, When I wanted to right down in my record, I was surprised that the fuel filled was 44.11 Ltr. It should have been around 40.1 Ltr.
6. This morning (5th Sep), I went to the Petrol Pump in charge and asked him to show me the accuracy of that pump. He tried with 500 ml glass Jar. For 450 ml, the pump display showed 500 ml. He tried twice but he could not demonstrate correctly. He said no sir, correct way to measure is by using the 5 ltr can. I told him that as a business man, he should be more interested in satisfying me because If I am not satisfied, I will simply go to a pump with which I have confidence. Any way, he could show that when the can got filled up, the pump display was showing 5.01 Ltr, which is OK . BUT I AM PRETTY SURE THAT SOME THING IS WRONG. I shared this information with some people in my lay out. They shared similar experience .
7. You are in the business. In any case, I don't have any doubt in my monitoring. So I will never visit this fuel station, though it is conveniently located.
8. I am not interested to complain to "measurements and controls" as well because I know how our monitoring agencies work.
9. If you are interested in your business growth, you may like to ascertain the correctness of the pump (petrol) closest to the main road, through your internal mechanism.

J. P. Petroleum sargasan gandhinagar newly opened petrol pump is literally cheating the customers, at the time of filling the petrol when asked they say that yes the air pump is working and once you fill it up then they say that the compressor is not working etc. Likewise for water they say that due to corona they are not keeping the water,
Their staff especially the person who sits inside the cabin openly told his staff in front of me that let them write whatever they want to and we will see to it, nothing is going to happen!

Is this kind of attitude and customer services you all intend to give to your customers?

I would like inform that to you uma petrol pump gj sh 147, ukhla dungri, vijay nagar taluka sagar kantha dit’s gujarat 383460 this petrol pump owner was every time not except any debit, credit and paytm. He want to only cash rs. He say we are pay extra 2% charge in my account. So i have not expected any card.
Please supply block this type petrol pump.

Trinetra essar petrol bunk employees indulging in fraud, twice i had told to fill petrol for rs 200, both the times they had filled only for rs 100. Essar petrols should take action against them and should serve well

I filled diesel for inr1000 but in meter it shows correct but the quantity of 12.5Lts is not filled and I requested bill but they denied. It's really very pathetic situation to each and everyone.

i have couple of years filling the petrol at sai baba fuels - Ambattur - Chennai - Tamil Nadu since mileage giving more as of now.

however one of bunk staff behaved as disrespectful and he doesn't have any manners to speak in front of valuable customer, i tried to explain but he cant even listen my word and keep on talking with worst language.

Please take necessary action against such behavior.

Have no here dome here. On the day 16th august 2020 while pouring petrol in my two wheller approximately 40 to 50 rain drops dropped in petrol tank.
And have no air filling pump here from established this station

The filling man does not have any manners how to talk with public and using harsh words. We want to fill the fuel of rs2000. But due to this type of behaviour we told him to stop immediately. He also tries tu use the pump and sucked the air inside of the car tank as well as using mobile phone. Please try to take this complain. Waiting for your response. Thank you.

I purchased petrol from sri vinayak fuels, near yamha showroom kasganj road, etah on 07.08.2020 at 05.44 am. After filling the petrol when i asked for air check and bathroom facilities on the same fuel pump staff members behavior was very insulting. I am senior prosecution officer posted at etah. When i tell them that you must behave probably to your customers there behavior become very offensive. If i call police from the district, they definitely teach them, as i am a class one officer of the district etah. But i didn't like that. I submit my compliment to the company with a hope to take proper notice about it. Otherwise i can opt to go to the consumer court.

Date - 07/08/2020 i asked the petrol pump employee to fill my access-125 tank which has capacity of 5.6 litres, but they filled the petrol of 6.21 litres, which is not possible.

Employee misbehave, carelessness during filling, say no for swap machine, says swap machine not working,
Make us wait almost 10 -15 mins, they sit do timepass but don't get up as car enters,
Tell us to open fuel tank cap,
Saying it's not our duty to open,
Worse service ever seen.
No proper water facility.
They don't on the generator if electricity is not there.

If we fill the tank, at that time they are doing fraud, already meter started with out oil came out

Worker is misbehaving and saying to me that i was come that day and bychance i give him 20 rs less so he said me that you are the theif and that day you go fast when you fill up the petrol so i only said that say normal but again and again he shouts and said me thief so i never fill Up my petrol from essar petrol pump i will go hp he always talks normal

This is about your dealrship at amrutchhaya petrol pump kotda dhanera banaskantha 385310. regarding not following prevention measures regarding covid 19 and apart from it they are showing his superiority and badshahi..
When i personally walked there to refill fuel the on service employee showing in photograph are not ready to listen anything agaist his ego regarding preventions of covid 19.
Matter has been discussed with incharge officials and his assurance gives little bit activations but so called employee not in position to change or follow her superior.

Until i take the matter with state/certal administration, it is requested to escalated at your end.

However day by day photos will be published to you and finally will goes to final administration.

I am jatin mehta staying at sargasan, gandhinagar went to fill petrol in my vehicle active125 right now, and i asked to fill petrol of 160 inr but staff filled petrol of 159.20/- so i asked to fill the said amount or give me change, but staff denied for change, all gathered and talked to me rudely giving abusing words for which i am really disappointed and make sure this goes to government consumer forum for giving justifications.. Kindly take strict action related to this issue..

My vehicle have fuel tank capacity of 50 ltr(audi a3) but the meter shows that it filled 53 ltr and billed for that quantity. How is that possible?
