After taking petrol in my byke, i wanted air in my wheels. I waited there for about 10 minutes, but no one attended for air.

Hi team, I took petrol from one of your fuel station at Rupnarayanpur, west Bengal ( Near Jharkhand Border ). This guy named Bappa asked me to pay extra money. I denied that, I said I will pay the exact amount. When I asked him to bring EDM machine he said there is no link I cannot pay using debit card. He asked me to pay using payment application. I agreed to pay. After making transaction I asked him to confirm about the payment. What he did he took my phone and went through my transaction details which is unethical. I didn't like that behaviour nither I appreciate such things. I asked him to handover my phone to me but he was still going through my transaction history. I am really pissed off with such behaviour of your employee. Please take required step or else these employees can cause major issues in future. Please look into it

We are filled for Hyundai Asta i20 Petrol for today morning tank full but Hyundai company given tank capacity for 45 litters but they are filled tank in my car 50 litters how it is possible they bunk owner not given correct answer I need my money please help me otherwise I will move to consumer court...

I filled petrol in ESSAR BUNK located at Paruvai, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India - 641662. I usually fill petrol there. I tried to fill air from pump available there. But it wasn't in working condition for mote than a week. I tried enquiring about this to the person working there, but suddenly the land owner interfered and started to use vulgar words and scolded me. This is very poor service I have seen ever. If this persists, we people will not allow them to continue to run the bunk in future. Kindly do the needful.

I filled Diesel today morning (around 11am) while given card for payment i went to fill air for tyers .ii asked for bill when i was filling air. However, the staff who filled diesel to my car not bothered to listen what I told and later he denies to give bill, over and above he argues and says he will not give bill.
I have never seen such arrogant behavior of boys who fills fuel and it shows how petrol pump is managed and how management trains their boys. I will never fill fuel again in Essar.
I sincerely hope Essar group will take action and train agents.

I have visited essor petrol bunk in vidyapeeta main road which is near ssm school and c t bed road around 9.30am and I have filled petrol for my bike and asked for air check for my bike but they denied saying no employee and I moved on again I came around 10am but no response even I said I'll lodge complaint but no one cared by the staff . Very irresponsible staff

I filled diesel in essar petrol bunk sri raju traders Ro code : 5Y376XA376. They are not at all filling diesel in right quantity and not filling air for my car.no proper uniform. Kindly take necessary action against them

I am regular customer of essar pump, I like to preffer essar pump for filling every time, but today I am very disappointed because essar pump employees insult me and talk like don, they are theft petrol on the offers of company, they do not give offer benifits to consumers . Kindly take necessary action against them.

Emergency situation ofter 11:30 pm request but not respond and they agree with us so proper response and service and not support to the customers for workers and staff

Hi. This is Abhishek. On 16 Feb 21, I visited Essar petrol pump (Near Sheetalganj, Bangarmau, Unnao) for filling. After that I asked for air. The manager told that the pump is not working. Moreover 01 truck was parked in front of the air pump and it was completely hidden behind the truck. I asked the manager for complaint book. He denied and asked sorry for the inconvenience. He also assured that the air compressor will be made operational by next day i.e. 17 Feb 21. I again visited the petrol pump for air. But the condition was same as on 16 Feb 21. I asked the manager for complaint register/book, but he was not able to produce the same. He called his owner named Amar Gupta (looked illiterate). The owner told me that the complaint book will not be given and he looked very belligerent. He told that the complaint book will not be given at any cost. This behaviour by the owner is totally unacceptable, wherr the owner is not aware of the way to behave with the customer. I would urge the authority to look into the mater and these crooks should be given suitable treatment so that a common man should not suffer.

Our vehicle AP27CB6899 was filled 5.9ltrs of diesel on 9/02/21 evening from Essar petrol pump, Tangutur, Tangutur mandal, Prakasam dist rict. Morning while driving I experienced sudden slow down of vehicle. Upon inspection in Ongole show room, we found adulterated diesel filled in our tank. Diesel is mixture of kerosene. Show room person says it takes couple of days to clean up the tanks, filters, and for quality check. It's going to cost me a lot because of these fraudsters.

I would like to complain on Essar petrol company and owner of the outlet for causing this problems to me.

Free air service is not good.Today I approached your petrol pump at VIP ROAD, SURAT GUJARAT for filling petrol in my scooter. But while checking air pressure in rear wheel of my scooter your employee said valve is not in condition so he will not put air in wheel .I soon approached private mechanic to get it repaired, but he said valve is OK .It is slightly tinted but it is OK to fill air.This is my complaint to instruct your employees how to behave with customers otherwise this kind of behavior may loos your customers

I Was filling petrol of 200rs but the staff filled only 50rs after discussion he filled again until 150rs (started from 50rs) and total was 150rs petrol but he told me to pay 200rs they were purposely cheating.

Hi. Greeting for the day, I am Regan from KODAGU district . I had very bad experience in ESSAR petrol pump I always traveling through KUSHALANAGAR to SHANIVARASANTHE while hebbale. This my 4th visit to ESSAR petrol pump their is no Air service in pump .we are regularly filling a fuel at ESSAR fuel station.
At hebbale ESSAR fuel station their is no air.. I spoken to the guy who pilles petrol he said no air .this is my fourth time experience..6:20 pm 20/01/2021

With Lot of agony I writing and Submitting this complaint regarding the fraud, impure and Contaminated petrol which was filled. I have filled about 30 ltrs of petrol in Vijaya Enterprises sy no. 49/1, site no. 33, 80ft road, Uttarahalli Hobli, Gubbalala, Bangalore 560061 on 8th Jan 2021 at approximately between 8.30 to 9.00 pm and drove back to home which is just 1.30 KM and parked. In morning I have started it but unfortunately it hasn't started.. And just before this I have serviced it.. I thought it would be minor issue but when again showed to the service center they have specifically said that due the impure petrol the engine got spoiled and I was in state of shock. I am raising a complaint against the Essar and as well the dealer of that petrol bunk. Please do me justice. Thank you.

My Thunderbird bike was having starting problem

This is a complaint related to one of your fuel station located in Hosur main road. They have issue with the filling gun and still they are using the same gun to fill the petrol... Am fill the fuel in same station since a month ( have bills with me). Mileage of my vehicle is dropped from 14kmpl to 9 kmpl. When i tried to place a complaint in that fuel station and they are not ready to take an complaint and they were not ready to help us to provide contact details to raise complaint. Required your intervention on the same.

The Toilets are locked & used as store.

I had visited essar pump located at sector-57, Gurgaon near boom plaza, Haryana at 23:30 hrs. Nobody was there at pump, after few minutes a guy came as I was blowing my horn and said petrol is not available. I was surprised as the machine is on and then a guy came and he told me his name sourabh and starts misbehaving with me and starts abusing me. The experience was pathetic as I use to get the fuel of my car and bike from past 6 years from this petrol pump itself. Kindly take stirct aaction or else I will go to consumer court.

I visited Essar petrol pump in Balaji nagar main road and the fuel pump guy was filling diesel in two drums of 400 litres. This is illegal and not permitted and he has asked the other vehicles to wait for 20 mins. How is this illegal method followed
