A sofa cum bed was purchased way back on 26.07.17 vide order no ord-nn17/11547, for which was told that the final polishing would be done within 02 days of delivery. Product was badly damaged while delivery at the flat, for which was told by the shop that after polishing, the damages would not be visible. Inspite of various follow up, nobody has come till date for the polishing of the sofa cum bed.
Estillo Furnitures Tollygunge customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I purchased a study unit from Estillo Furnitures, Netaji Nagar, Tollygunge showroom on April 2017. It is required immediate repair for some probs.

    I have purchased a tv unit on june2017 from estillo netaji nagar tollygunge, the product cost rs 12500 the product was damaged i complained several times but they did not change my product instead they are putting some colors on it and told all products are like this only. It is laminated with chinese paper within 2 -3months it is getting more damaged.4times i have comaplained now they are not responsing. Total wastage of money. Worst quality. Please see to this matter order no 11090. Purchase from outpace furniture pvt ltd. Ho 193, nsc bose road, kolkata 700040. Ijust want my money back or a replacement

      This is to state that i mr. Mackie order no 51529 would like to cancel my order and request a refund back to my card which i paid with due to misbehaviour of mr. Ashutosh mondal and failure to deliver my product for the past two days my delivery was due on the 31st but till now it has not been delivered. Please cancel my order and refund the same at the earliest.

        I've purchased wall unit - 1156, costing Rs. 21000/- just 1 year before (March 2016) from Avani Mall Estillo furniture. However, we have observed that fungus formed outside the wall unit in last two months. Though, it was promised (now also posted in Estillo site) that the product is highly durable & promises a long lasting usage duly crafted with pre-laminated engineered wood. So, how can I bear with this controversial statement with reality in a shirt span of 1 & 1/2 years by spending Rs. 21000/-.
        Pl suggest- what to do.

          I bought a eco l shape sofa set from estillo furniture city centre 2 rajarhat on 23/6/2017. The order no is cc/30375. They delivered the set on 25/62017. When it was unpack in front of company's men i found one leg cap was missing of single sofa and in two places the leather was torn & by sellotape it was covered... They adviced me to complain immediately, in front of company's men i called them & md irfan had registered my complain. After 6-7 times of calling over phone i visited the cc2 showroom physically bt md irfan had given me only complain no...6132... Still now they have not done repairing. Please take action as early as possible.

            I bought a centre table model number-mrb-659 of rs 15, 900, on 28th feb 2017, order no. Ms/50700 on aadit nanda's name. The purchase was done from mani square mall estillo showroom and delivered in few days time, another person came after few days to fix it, from the very first day the silver coated corner pieces below the marble top were broken and some areas of black table below the marble top was unpolished. We informed the man who had come as well as the showroom. We were told that it would be replaced not to worry.
            The new table came after almost two months after several requests and phone calls, but unfortunately it was broken too, we made anther round of phone calls and request and were the stock would come after a month, after two months again anther table came but they send white instead of black which we dont want again!!
            Now today i have one black table with broken corners and chipped polished areas plus one white table - both of which i dont want.
            It would be good if i can get my money back if i cannot get what i bought to begin with.

              I hade purchased dibing table order no. 2304. After few days i found that bottom glass is not supported well and laser pasting is loose and unable to hold glass. I called their service team but no body came. I reached at their city centre 2 mall outlet and told about complaint raised and which was mentioned in their register. The guy sitting their was adamant and rudely told to escalate this and gave email id [protected]@gmail.com and he told it to escalate in social media. Its very disappoinnting that they are uanble to provide service and cheating their customer.

                Thr is a fat - dark-nonbengali staff (Manisq showroom) whose behaviour is very rude. He talked to me so rudely when i asked him to replace a glass accrdng to my time.. Even the person who was sitting at reception is a callous one. I was waiting to pay, n he was too busy in a converstn over mobile. He was on n on wth his chat. Very un-proffsionl staffs.

                Never ever buy estillo furnitures...! I bought furnitrs worth 1lac...bt due to disgusting staffs..i have stopped buying. Even after complaining at head office they didnt take any step.

                  I have ordered a sofa from the estillo shop at city centre 2 costing Rs [protected]. Even after one and a half months the product has not been delivered.they have taken an advance of Rs 10000 at the very first day of booking. Every single day they are lying regarding the product delivery. I have lodged a complaint in West Bengal consumers department.

                    After instalation one part was damaged. It took several phone calls and e mail to make them correct it. And now after one month of instalation they are not coming for final touch of polishing. Though i have clearly mentioned about polishing in the note given to the installer and they also told us that polishing will be done. Now they are either not picking up phone or telling lies. During selling the salesman also assured us about after-fitting polishing. Very poor service. Bunch of liers.

                      Dont buy any product from estillo furniture.kol 700040 shop manager is very horrible..they alwys threated cutomer after full payment..the manager is a big chiter.i buying a baby desk but unfortunetly the desk is broken in packet.estillo fittings team open the pack & infrm me they replace .but stil now not replace.the kol 700040 showroom manager told me over phn u do any thing our product come from indonesia.we r not responsible at prseent.few days ago they told me we r deliver shortly.
                      Manager is disgusting. Furnitures r of poor quality. Staffs r very much ill-mannered. Never buy a product from estillo..even after complaing to headoffice..no steps wl be taken. So...this whole company is not all worth buying

                        We have booked a 2 wardrobe on 25th Nov 2015 and it was installed on 2nd December 2015. After installation the lock cap was broken in front of the person who was installed. When we asked them to change he said "we don't have the extra one you kindly write it on the invoice we will submit", we wrote the same and till date no one is concerned to repair the thing. First of all we had selected other design of wardrobe but they sent another design there we had compromised. Few days ago I got a docket number saying that the issue will be resolved by 4th January 2016. But till date it has not been resolved and whenever we are calling the number is busy (complete working hours the number is busy). Taking this matter to Tollygunge Branch they say that we need to call the service station. While purchasing the products they assure that next 5 years we have free service just one call they will be at our service. When they are not attending in a month how can we expect the same in next years. Very poor service. We are very much fed up with this. If our issue will get resolved then we will be grateful.

                          Pathetic service and ill mannered staff. Bunch of hooligans rather "Para er DADA" type guys "korbo na jan, ja korarar korun" Having a very bad rather miserable experience with Estillo furniture store in Netaji Nagar. On 28th October we had logged a complain for fungus and few other defects like the shelf is bend, rust on hinges and the lower drawer is open like its channel is non functional. But only fungus issue was written down in register, latter we have been to the store and mentioned the things they said they will get the things sorted an send the guy. But send a guy for only fungus treatment again we went to the store they said they will send the carpenter but as a frustrated customer I went to the store on 28th November and said when they are going to send the carpenter they said they will send today, also I said that your customer service is very poor we have to wait for 1 month to fix the issue. In the evening again i went t store as the carpenter did not came till 5 pm, on going to the store the customer care guys care guys started shouting they due to me their customer did not brought the product, so they are not going to repair the damage. Want an apology from your customer service guys in store. als want you the fix the issue. complain no 2953.

                            I went to the store in the Tollygunje branch in Kolkata on 14th Sept 2015 where I paid 14967 in total- 5000 as token money for a set of Hydraulic storage bed, a side table, a dressing table and a 3 door almirah and 9967 for a mattress in health range. Despite me telling them repeatedly, they wanted to swipe the entire amount of 65XXX/- and not agree on EMI payment though they advertise the same. The mattress was supposed to be delivered immediately. They kept assuring me and then finally delivered at 10 pm at night and that too, not the mattress I paid for. They wanted me to stay at home Mon-Fri 2-5 PM when they would replace with the one I had chosen without any empathy that I had to go to office and I could not have spent all days at home without any concrete delivery dates. I decided to keep the mattress they had delivered instead. And decided not to buy anything else from there and hence, wanted to buy something smaller to balance the amount paid. These people started forcing us to buy something in lesser amount so that they can keep the surplus with them. Now, they have delivered a computer table and installed that after 4 days of delivery. Also, One of the shelf is missing !!! And the way they talk to customers once the card is swiped is horrendous!!

                                I have bought a three door wardrobe from estillo furniture on 19.07.2015 at a cost of Rs. 18, 600. The order No. is HP/1047. Within 5 days of delivery it got covered with too many fungus and ruined my costly garments. I have complained many times to the shop but they do nothing but giving me a complaint no. 2507. I fear that this fungus whether effect the health of my family members. The wardrobe is standing just like an unnecessary thing occupying a considerable space. the name of the shop is Outspace furniture pvt ltd Shop No. G-03 & 219, Metropolis Mall, Hiland Park, Kol700094. The ph. No. of the shop is 40608322/40449236. Kindly consider my case as I am too hopeful to this forum.

                                  To Whom It May Concern, Would like to bring to your notice that I purchased 1 Sofa Set (3 + 1 + 1), One Coffee Table and One Shoe Rack under the Independence Exchange Scheme (Offer Discount - 30% + 15%) which was offered by Estillo. Unfortunately after the delivery of the Sofa Set, we identified few defects and immediately informed the store about the same (Same evening when it was delivered), but it seems nobody was bothered to take the complain. Problems with the Sofa: Wooden Finish - Very POOR and there are scratches and finish was not smooth. Leather Upholstery - Hole in Leather Upholstery and also it was pasted using Adhesive so that the same is not observed when it was delivered, also there is still one area where adhesive is used to cover the Leather cut and also few cut and adhesive marks available in the below part of the sofa. Also there are huge amount of Wooden Saw Dust which are there in every corner in all the Sofas. PFA the details snaps for the same. After doing recurring complain again yesterday, finally a docket number was shared by dealer - 5025.                                   Got response from the concern team of Estillo Furniture, they have confirmed that they will replace the product with a new one within 10 business days.

                                  Once the issue is resolved, will acknowledge and close the complain.
                                  Unfortunately today the Delivery Team came with another defective Sofa Set as Exchange.


                                  Really NOT HAPPY with the Customer Experience that is being provided by Estillo. :(

                                    I have bought C69 4 seater dining table from Estillo ranikuthi store on January 10, 2015(see bill attached). From the very first day of installation I noticed the table is not stable at all though ignored. But later I found that one of leg is detached from table i.e. the laser pasting was damaged, and this happened again after the technician fixed it. The laser pasting are being loosened again & again . I have faced same issue with all the legs thrice in four month of purchase. Actually this is a totally defective product. The legs are very light weight and hollow, they are unable to hold the huge load of the glasses. Estillo after sales service is similar worst, very unprofessional, rude, and doesn't care about customers delight. They blames how I handle this table and not ready to accept the defective the design. Any technical person understand the flaw in design / product if investigates. I will advise everyone not to invest hard earned money on any estillo product, they are just running swanky stores to cheat customers. An estillo sales manager should call and apologize and replace the product (after on-site investigation if they want) without an argument. Please contact [protected]

                                        I bought a Shoe rack from Estillo Furniture on 11 Aug 2013. The representative informed us at the time of sale that, the product is water proof as it is laminated and comes with 5 years of service warrenty. The service warrenty is as per below - If the ply/mdf board is bend then it is covered under warrenty and will be replaced - There will be a free polish every year and the person will visit the place with in Kolkata free of cost and service After an year, the product started damaging and I connected with them, but there was no action taken. Today I called them, they are saying that is no covered under warrenty and they can't do anything for the defect developped. Also they are asking for conveyence charges, which I need to pay. This is not in line to what they have committed at the time of sale. This is simple cheating.                                         Till now the Bed has not been delivered. Many commitment were done by the company on the delivery date but yet not delivered, some or the other issue always persists.
                                        Not sure what is the problem, but creating a lot headache.
                                        Need immediate solution to the problem.
