I'm suman mukherjee from sodepur (North 24 prg.). Before 8-9 months, i have purchased one "3 door wardrobe and one bed"from estillo munisqure showroom. After installations we found that the products was made by very low quality material. And its very sad that bed and almira was broke within few months.
I have called them for repair for last few days but they are ignoring the whole problem. Service centar ph. Is showing swt. Off some times. They are trying to give we are quite fed up with behaviour.
Please help us with an immediate solution to the problem.

I Have purchased a sofa from your Tollygunge showroom.It is only one month old.After purchasing few days I noticed that stich has come out..I tried several times to contact the customer service number
But no body is picking up the call.Kindly suggest what to do?

No one is receiving the call day before yesterday raised a complaint and the guy assured me technical person will contact me, yesterday some one called me said today he will visit my place for repair, but unfortunately no one is receiving my call now.

Item delivered today at 7pm (16/98/19), needs to be fitted tomorrow - 17/08/19 as we will be out of station for a month from 18/08/19.
Urgent attention/action desired.
