Hello sir/madam, I purchased a brand new machine (Eureka forbs - dr. Aquaguard genius model) on thursday (09 mar 2017) and it was installed on sunday (12 mar 2017). It stopped working on tuesday (14 mar 2017) after installation. I called a person who installed it and problem was resolved. On friday (17 mar 2017) it again stopped working. I am fed-up with this machine and it feels like i got cheated. Could you please take some necessary actions to resolve this issue asap? Serial no.
