Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard geneus delivers dirty water and white particles | |||||
I purchased aquaguard geneus water purified on 4 september, 2015 for rs. 20800/ - from aditya vision, kulharia complex, ashok rajpath, patna - 4. The product was delivered to my home and next morning the engineers came to set it up. When the engineer unpacked the machine, we found that the body of the machine was scratched at black portions. I asked aditya vision to replace the machine same time over mobile but the refused saying that the scratches will be removed by using colin sprays. The engineers finally setup the machine and went away. On 17 october, 2015, suddenly the machine started giving dirty water (Some white long - short particles in the water) and we lodged a complaint at customer care of aquaguard. An engineer came after two days and checked and said that the machine had some problem in membrane and needed to be changed. I asked him why it so happened in just 12 - 13 days! He replied an unknown cause and went away saying that he would change the membrane in next 2 days. After 2 days, when the engineer did not come, i called him over mobile and asked for solution, then he replied that his senior did not allow to change the membrane instantly but he would send another expert to check for solution. I said, "i need a correct solution, you change membrane or don't but i need clean water. It's just less than 2 weeks old." the engineer said that a senior expert would come next morning. The senior engineer came after a week after several requests (Mobile call recordings available for proof). He checked and did some tweaks that we could not observe and the machine started giving clean water. Just after 20 days, the machine again started giving dirty water as earlier and my first emi was executed (Machine is taken on emi by bajaj finance). I re - lodged the complaint but there was not solution till next 5 days. Today (30 october, 2015) previous engineer came and checked the machine and went away saying that the white particles are calcium and it will remain in the water! How funny answer by their engineers! I was not available today when they came. If i were available they would have heard from me today. Anyway, i request you (Consumer complaints) department to please look into our matter and if possible get it replaced with another machine or get a permanent solution for us. I am totally frustrated with this machine and now i am ready to fight against them in consumer court, if required. On 5 november, my 2nd emi will be executed. Thank you! How funny their engineers are! I was not available today when they came. If I were available they would have listened something from me today.
Anyway, I request you (Consumer Complaints) department to please look into our matter and if possible get it replaced with another machine or get a permanent solution. I am totally frustrated with this machine and now I am ready to fight against them in Consumer Court, if required. On 5 November, my 2nd EMI will be executed.
