To my extreme disappointment, i have been using aqua guard genius ro and the product is under extended warranty. I have registered a complaint regarding water leakage from my machine on 15th of june 17 with reference no. [protected]. I kept calling the engineer that water is leaking and please get it fixed but no one came till 19th of june. When they came by that time the pcb got burnt as per the engineer due to continuous water leakage, and that was the fault of the service center as they did not send the engineer after so many calls. Mr. Sandeep the engineer got the new pcb and after installing it realized that it is used one and can’t be used in the machine. After that, the calling and calling began. I have called so many times but my problem is not yet resolved. I am really fed up that in this extremely hot weather there is no water to drink irrespective Of having such an expensive machine. Every day i have to get the bisleri water bottle of inr150/bottle twice a day and its been happening for last 15 days. On 26th i called the customer service again and they gave me a new reference no which is [protected] spoken to indrani and she said already escalating the situation so please look into it.
