[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard ro+uv - wire burning smell and spark sound | |||
Hi team, I brought eureka forbes aquaguard ro+uv almost 3 years back and my customer id is - [protected]. I was happy with the product and service till last month. Every year i renew the amc. Recently i got a call from service agent “vijay” (Mobile no – [protected]) that amc renewal is pending so i asked him to come and replace the filters also. He came to my house on promised day and renewed the amc along with water filter replacement. The moment he left the house after changing the water filters i noticed that water is leaking from the filter and heard sparking sound & burning smell. I called him and informed the same. He promised to come on next day to check the issues. He came next day and after checking it we noticed that as the water filter was not fitted properly because of that water was leaking from the filter. There was wire beneath the filter which came under dripping water contact and got burnet. I asked him to change it immediately as it could be very risky. He said that he is not having wire part with him so he will come after 2 days but since then he is neither picking my call nor responding back. When i call him from my friends number he will pick it thinking its unknown number and the moment he hear my name and voice he just say “hello hello” and cut the call. After waiting for few weeks i finally called customer care on last sunday (11th june) and reported the same problem. I have been told that the service request (Request number – [protected]) will be resolved within 2 working days and the request got assigned to the same service person - “vijay krishna” (Mobile no – [protected]). It’s been 5 working days now and i did not get any call from him. We can still hear the spark sound and burning smell. I am very much dissatisfied with the behavior and service of the agent and at same feeling risky to use the water purifier. If you (Eureka forbes) cannot provide a good customer service then please let me know. I’ll better sell this water purifier and go with some other brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
