[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard service not being done

I am using aquaguard superb, registered two complaints in past one week in chennai.

Dec 10th complaint number [protected] called up call center and registered the complaint and waited for 4 days. No one turned up
Dec 13th complaint number [protected]- wrote a mail to company id. Two days have past no sign of action

Last 6 days we are buying bisleri water from outside and would have close to 10 calls to customer care.

No one cares what is happening. Really pathetic
