[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard water purifier installation | |||
I purchased a eureka forbes water purifier from nandilath g-mart edappally kochi, with the invoice details as below: Invoice date: 9-9-2017 Invoice no:. Ekm19785 Make and model: aquasure aquafloex shrm Hsn code: 8421 Total amount paid: rs 5000.00/- inclusive of cgst @ 9% cgst and 9% sgst. Till now the water purifier has not been installed. I received a call from the mobile number [protected], the installation technician, last monday, and i informed him that i will be available after 5 pm everyday or on saturdays to complete the installation. Since he did not respond after that, i called him last saturday 16.9.2017, and he said he will send someone for the job. It has not happened till today. I tried calling him today when he replied he is not the person to do it and if i had any complaint i was to call eureka forbes and lodge the complaint. As i have no other option, i am sending this letter. I had also lodged a service request for my eureka forbes vacuum cleaner at nandilath g mart. This too has not been attended to.
