Eureka Forbes — Complaint for non conformity of amc for aquaguard | |||
Dear sir / madam, I have a eureka forbes aquaguard model inova in my house for which the annual maintenance contract is being done on a regular basis. However, there are occasional problems when the customer care was contacted and they somehow manage to rectify the fault with reconditioned circuit boards which do not last for a long time. Over and above, the three blinking buttons have stopped working for a very long time which they refused to change for a long time. We are well aware that they want us to prove that the machine is old and we should spend money in buying a new machine as per the latest model. I am interested to know why such attitude is shown by the company when the entire machine is under their amc and they should have done it without a request from my side. Shall be grateful, if you could please take up the matter with the competent authority for me to tide over the perpetual problem faced by me. Yours sincerely.
