This complaint is regarding Aquaguard which has not been working properly since the day it is installed. We complained about it last month, the technician came and solved the issue. But the filter stopped working on 29th August and we complained on 30th about the same. The customer care representative said that the technician will come within 48 hours till date no response from your side.
