I purchase acquguard ehance 9 month back now it is showing red light they told me to change filter which cost an amount of 4650 or else they telling me to take amc which cost 4900... According to them within 27 months it will cost me maintained cost of around 15000... While machine cost is 18000... Why they charging spare parts like gold... Exploiting customer after purchasing purifer... At present my purifer is in warranty so cost of filter is 4650... Once it go out of warranty it will cost around 5000... Including service cost. I want to know why ur spare parts are costly like gold... Y u exploiting customer after purchasing of purifier. A middle class family cannot afford ur purifer... If possible plz take my purifer back i can't maintain ur purifer at this cost... I suggest a poor and middle class family never to buy their purifier... They know customer have no option other than buying their spare parts... Now i am stuck in... Trouble... No option left...
