[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — defective aquaguard superb supplied and unsatisfactory after sales services. | |||
Sir, I have purchased aquaguard superb from reliance retail ltd, nagar road, vimannagar, pune on 13/09/2017 vide their tax invoice no.[protected] for rs.26654.97. After installation it was found that the machine was not working satisfactory. After tank filling completed, water overflow from tank. I have contacted call center multiple times (Atleast 10 times). There were three service tickets raised in last two months and all of them closed without any resolution. Registered mobile number [protected] Please find below service number and details, 1) [protected] date 19th feb. 2) [protected] date 3rd feb 3) [protected] date 7th jan Service center deputed the mechanic who attended the problems and he had unnecessary replaced a one original part on trial and error basis, but the problem was not solved. He was very rude and not professional. Till today nobody is solving the problem. I once again request you to please depute trained eureka forges technician to resolve the problem of aquaguard superb. Also replace the defective aquaguard in new one immediately.
