[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Dr. Aquaguard geneus plus | |||||
I purchased one dr. Aquaguard genious plus online order id [protected] cust id [protected] and delivered the product before mentioned time through fedex And agreed to install the product within 48 hours but even after 96 hours noone from service / installation department contacted or visited to install the product. It seems irresponsible and against the violation of consumer right. While reading the consumer reviews it seems frustrating from most of the consumers and afraid about the future result. If you continue as such i will be forced to lodge a complaint against you in consumer protection court. I have made so many phone calls so far for having an initial installation of the product but i got message every time that the personnel will come before the end of the day but till now no body contacted me.
