Sir, I made a contract for AMC with your representative Mr.A.K.Pande with contract Receipt no[protected] on 06.03.16 for two year AMC contract. 3rd AMC was due in December 2016 but none of your representative bothered to come for AMC & even did not bother to attend my call. Is this your after sales service response! I made a payment of Rs.8600/- vide cheque no.000024 drawn on Bank Of Baroda. I request you to get my AMC at the earliest to avoid any legal consequences.
