I have purchased above product through Amazon on 21st July 2016, order number is Order #[protected]. Till today after repeated complain to Amazon and Eureka Forbes complaint number 96280480 none of them could send us any service person for free installation. Its so disappointing and pathetic service from both big gaint. I thought of getting installed with a local service provided but if we do so the warranty will be covered as he not a area service provider. Its a dilemma and everyday following up for the installation is waste of time and money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have already registered my complaint in eureka forbes customer care with complaint Number : 87122277...its been 3 days and not a response from your executive..My purifier is not Working...if thats the case..i want my money back..
