[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes/ No Support for newly buy RO installation

I hv bought a Aqua Guard ENHANCE RO on 6th April n it is not installed at my home yet. I have been following with thier customer care team twice a day bt still they could not ensure abt the services they are supporting for. I also had raised a complaint#99091349 on 8th April bt no progress made on it since a week time. Even thier technician does not know how to deal with customer so i would like them to educate for the services they are providing.

Providing Nagative feedback did not help.

Not at all satisfied with this company supportive people and I stronglly suggest everyone not to go for this product.

I want a legal enquiry to b made against this company.

Please help.

They ensured me yesterday that product will b installed before 10 Am today bt still no information n not able to reach them.

I also would like to update like how they make people foolish selling adjacent equipment for RO.. one day a technician came, he checked the pressure level and it was 0.4 kg per their equipment (i dont even trust on their this equipment) and said it wiuld require a minimum of 0.7 kg to work a RO properly, so i asked for the solution and he said a water booster has to required to get required water level n it will cost you extra 2700₹. I explained i had seen so many ROs working without that n even in my current society it is working fine without booster. Even after conveyancing with him he was nt ready to install it so I immediately checked on Net for that booster n it is available on net for 1000₹ to 1200₹ n i can go for it instead of taking from you bt he denied saying 'I will only install the product if you will buy it from us' and went back without installation.

I can provide that Technician and his Supervisor name n mobile no. bt i want a justice against them.

If I will nt receive a Justice then will go to police station along with this consumer forum complaint to raise a FIR against this company.
