[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers - Request for reinstallation | |||
I made an online purchase of R O filter on 10th April, 2016. Vide my customer ID is [protected]. For 20 days the product was not delivered. It was after a complaint to the Cyberabad Police and a request to the Bank to blacklist Eureka Forbes the product was delivered and installed. Now I shifted house in the same locality and requesting the customer care to reinstall at the new place for the last one month. Initially, the Bombay office entertained the calls and given a complaint registration No.97195326. But now, they shifted the responsibility to Hyderabad office. A couple of times I received calls from Sangareddy informing that one Vidyasagar will attend the work. The technician was adamantly replying he will not attend. Same was informed to Sangareddy people and Hyderabad Customer Care. It seems that customers are left to the mercy of the ground level staff. I purchased the instrument online, hoping prompt service from Eureka Forbes. Can the Forum help me to take action against the company and arrange the return of the product with losses.
