Hello, I'm extremely disappointed with the way you guys have handled my service request: My service request number is [protected] and my Escalation request number is [protected]. I have raised the service request on 4-Nov(Diwali day) as my house is flooded with water due to leakage in the brand new Aquaguard Aura water purifier. I have bought this from Amazon just 3 months back and this is the 2nd time I have to call for service help. I Can understand there is a delay due to the Diwali holidays but till now (11-Nov) no service technician or any follow-up call from customer care service happened. I have called them multiple times the customer care and they are saying we will contact me in 24 hours. I guess you don't understand that a lot of energy and time goes into follow-up with the customer care team. Don't you understand that the basic culture for not giving false promises to the customer? I'm only upset with the unprofessional treatment towards me. I have over 15 years of corporate experience and am I m facing such kind of irresponsibility from India's number one branded company. You simply cannot treat any human like this. I can only imagine your company culture and the kind of people you hire and work for your company. I wish you luck for your system to work.
