[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — filter short supplied in our amc contract

My compact classic model of aquaguard unit is under amc for many years. Last time under[protected] : 3 years contract, 6 filters (2 filters per year) are supposed to be provided, but actually they provided 5 filters and now aquaguard franchise is refusing to give the 6th filter. The new franchisee at kharghar - ramya services now not replacing one filter which is short supplied in last contract.
My customer code :[protected] for amc.
I am very disturbed.

Sales man from your company name is Arvind saroj and Amol kangne not com prate properly at the time of purchasing they 10 or more times visit to my home but at the time of machine problem not answering properly plz do sum thing with this persons otherwise i complaint to consumer court.
