[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Getting installation done seems Impossible | |
I got my Aquasure Amaze water purifier delivered online on 9th October and have been struggling to get my installation scheduled even after 9 days of delivery( the agreed SLA is 48 hours). The vendor Amazon raised the installation request with Eureka Forbes at the time of delivery. I have been following up with Eureka Forbes for over a week, over their ( chargeable ) customer care call, chat and email mode of communication. The support teams though just wind up the call promising quick resolution, it doesn’t make any difference. End of the day I didn’t get any call from their technicians for installation. If this is the experience for installation, just wondering how the service experience would be for a product like water purifier. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 19, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The technician showed up after 11 days of delivery and did the installation today Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
