[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Getting installation done seems Impossible

I got my Aquasure Amaze water purifier delivered online on 9th October and have been struggling to get my installation scheduled even after 9 days of delivery( the agreed SLA is 48 hours). The vendor Amazon raised the installation request with Eureka Forbes at the time of delivery. I have been following up with Eureka Forbes for over a week, over their ( chargeable ) customer care call, chat and email mode of communication. The support teams though just wind up the call promising quick resolution, it doesn’t make any difference. End of the day I didn’t get any call from their technicians for installation.
If this is the experience for installation, just wondering how the service experience would be for a product like water purifier.
