[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — lethargic attitude by the customer care and the Team leaders

I have complained one month back for my Aqua reviva system for leakage. AFter 10 times calling the customer care, the engineer's came and ask for the nature of the complaint. Then they came and told us the pump is not working but they don't have spares, will come back again. Another 2 weeks gone. After calling customer care / shouted / cried / pleaded, they could give me the team leader name and number Mr. Premnath. After 5 times he could attend my call and again asked the same question, and he was complaining that I am not giving the exact nature of the compliant.??? Why I should explain, to him, he is supposed see the last log book of the call visited / or come and inspect the machine. Instead he was Sarcastically satiring me, unless I tell the nature of the complaint, he cannot take action.bring spares, then with my knowledge I was inform the nature, then he said it is a pumb problem, but the sapres is not availble, and informed me by today he will do the needful, But till now he has not visited, neither called me. now it is exactly 1 month, and we are without water, but paid 2 years AMC. Is the company is having any respect to the customer, or not. Please take action or otherwise repay my AMC fully with the one month suffereing loss. V shankar. [protected].
