person. So this time I got Naidu's number who is the boss. They told me sandan gawda will pick the product today.
After multiple call they told me I will come to your home with manager between 6.30 pm - 7pm. Don't know what manager will do here. I want product return. No further discussion.
Till now I talked to all hierarchy lead/manager. I got just new time. I don't want to struggle in future also.

Still i am getting today and tomorrow. Initially they don't pick up call. I am rigid. When I keep calling continuously then they say busy, meeting, training.
I heard Sriniwas Naido is boss. But based on his commitment. looks like he is low level executive. Or No body listen his word.
Another
person, Yogesh, he is also on same like that. on thursday told me On Monday. On Monday, after 6.10pm. he is still saying today will come. this type of word listen so many time.
Now I feel, top to bottom every body is liar.
From beginning, there is no any single commitment fulfilled.

person came to pickup the product for return. But they don't want to give any return receipt. So denied.
Today, 8th Aug 2018, again came they say we don't have any such receipt for return. This time Mr Yogesh, Manager came. repeated same thing we don't have any receipt. I will write on original invoice that you have received.
So finally, I have no option, they threatened me I will not come next time what ever you want to do it.
So I have no further choice, So I hand over the product they just written on my invoice.
They mentioned return charge as 1000/-
Now my next question, what I did wrong, why I have to pay 1000. I bought the product not for return. Since it is not suitable for my place and not good service so I returned.

Updated by anjumrizwi Update: After multiple follow up, today (20th Sep 2017) I got partial refund 14390/- out of 15390/ - after deducting 1000/-
Justification: I visited multiple time to your home from office as it is very far. So it is 1000/- charge .
Sales man & I did call conferencing with manager for payment confirmation, I spoke to his manger but they just listen no word either right or wrong then call disconnected.
