Hi Eureka Forbes, I have booked model Geneus by paying Rs 21490/ to sales executive Mr Babu (Mobile [protected] Emp no 9067465) in Bangalore. I have received the product and is installed at my location. Now i got call from the call centre that the sales executive has not deposited the money to company and invoice can't be generated due to this. As i have paid full amount to authorized person sent by Eureka Forbe and now i have become the sufferer due to malpractice of the sales executive. The receipt given to me number is 048648 and order form cum receipt No[protected]. I hope eureka Forbe team will resolve this matter amicably before i approach consumer court or police.
