[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — misbehavior of service incharge for eureka forbes mr. sadanand pandey | |||
Madam/dear sir, I have purchased aquasure crystal plus uv+ water purifier on 13th october 2017 & also placed request for installation on same day. The executive of eureka forbs have assured me for installation within 2 days but installation was not done, i have frequently called to customer service, they have provided me the mobile no. Of mr. Sadanand pande (Service incharge for aurangabad maharashtra) i have called him but mr. Pande wasn't responded me properly, he told we couldn't do anything, you have purchased machine from paytm then you should lodge complaints to paytm he also told me that if we made installation we are not liable for any warranty or guarantee. Mr. Pande is very rude & not liable work in prestigious institute like eureka forbs. I will make complaint against him in consumer forum. If your service isn't good in initial stage then how can you provide best service in future. It is requested to you & your competent authorities to make suitable action against mr.
