[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No customer service response since installation | |||
I got Aquaguard Reviva installed in March'16 and since then have been experiencing issues with TDS controller in the device. It keeps on fluctuating and I submitted several complaints to local dealer and customer care to get the part changed. The complaint numbers given to me by Eureka Forbes are 86892861 and 86436705. I've been now told that the part is not available and will be changed when available. Its been around 6 months and our heath is impacted due to this water. I asked them to refund my money and take off this product so that I can move over to KENT or any other company however still no response.
