Myself Sima Bandyopadhyay is owner of one Aquaguard Infinity model. My present address is Banvilla, Madanmohan, Barobetia, Kharagpur Local Dist Paschim Midnapur, West Bengal PIN number 721301. I have purchased an AMC vide No [protected] on 27.06.2015, valid upto 26.06.2018. After purchase of the AMC, I have never been provided service. Since last two years, they have never changed the candle-carbon. I and my family is drinking below standard water since last two years. We are suffering from different diseases. Even the service technician attended, but did not changed the candle-carbon. I am getting service alerts in my registered mobile number [protected]. Even I am receiving messages that service has been provided. Please help me. I am having original AMC paper. I have paid the amount in cheque.
