[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not rectifying the complaints arising out of poor service done. | |||||
The krishnaji services, Nagpur a Franchise of a Eureka Forbes on request for a service of my i-nova, water purifier done the service & installation of the same. As the installation is taking some time by their plumber, the service personnel leave the place without checking the purifier after servicing. After completion of installation, I found that the discharge tap is leaking even after the shut-off of water purifier. On contacting them they are not responding. The event is of 15.04.2016. Kindly help me out against this enthical practice of service Franchise.
