[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — not yet received the 2nd free service during the first year after repeated reminders | |||
Hi, I purchased a eureka forbes water purifier from vijay sales on 24th sept 2018 however after repeated reminders i have not yet received the 2nd free service… After waiting for a proactive response from the service center that the technician would come for the 2nd service understanding the fact that my details are already in the database of the company as the demo request was already logged by the dealer i called up the eureka forbes customer care on the 26th sept 2018 & logged a service request # 100181 however was informed that the product is 2 days out of warranted… when asked why does the technician doesn’t come automatically, the rude agent mr. Yogesh pande replied that the customer has to take the unwanted initiative to remind the service centre about the due service & later he also denied to allow a customer to escalate a verbal complaint to a manager… A day later on the 27th sept 2018 i received a call from a eureka forbes agent by the name of sonal who explained all the possible tariffs for the renewal contract… i informed the same that my 2nd service is due & was assured that the technician will come the same day however i am still waiting for my 2nd free service…. The question is why a company like eureka forbes can’t send the technician proactively for the free services when they can send end no. Of sms & also call the customer for renewal contract after the due date of the service has passed or the company is only interested in increasing their sales numbers without even providing good service to their customers….
