sir, I am ur customer for the past twenty years since my residence at coimbatore now i am at salem, after continuous torture with phone calls from the salem office to buy a water purifer I purchased the machine. they got the cheque on the 27th of september 2014 and they told me that they would install it by evening but the did not turn up nor did they make any phone call to tell me that the machine would be installed at a later date. When I phoned up the office on 6 th october 14 they told me Its installed, then after a long enquiry the manager in charge Mr.Kumar told me I will tell u after talking to one Mr.Chandrahasan who was the representative in charge for the handing over of the machine and this chandrahasan he told me that that he would install the machine by 5.o"clock in the evening of 7th of october14, after the machine was thrown into my house by chandrahasan and another person at 3.o"clock in the evening because I refused to get it for their poor response. They neither returned nor phoned me about the installation. In the mean time they got all my originals my passbook, my original statement of accounts for the purpose of the loan now they are not reurning the original back to me stating today tomorrow, like that with several reminder phone calls there is no response neither the manager nor the representative is giving me a clear response.
