[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Regarding water purifier installation not done since many days | |
I ordered Eureka Forbes - Eureka Forbes AquaSure from Aquaguard Delight (RO+UV+UF+MTDS) 7L water purifier, 7 stages of purification with Ultra Filtration (White) but during the installation process technician told us that the product is defective. After that Amazon provided us the replacement on 29 July. Now it has been more that 7 days but no one has contacted me regarding the installation. I have tried contacting the helpdesk multiple times and every time they raise the ticket and inform the same thing that technician will contact you on priority but nothing at happens. The product is delivered and it is just sitting there in the box without use. Also I am not hoping that this product also will be defective but based on previous experience, now from Amazon I only have 9 August till replacement and without installation how would I know of the product is working on not.
