Eureka Forbes — service issues | |||
costumer name:Mohammed Zavid appliance:power wash i bought this product around 2 years back and the company promised me with spare parts and repair support.But now they are not doing the same.The power wash which i bought from this comapny has some minor problems and the service centre is demanding me to get its motor replaced which costs around Rs.5500, but a new power wash from other well known brand will cost only Rs.3500.When i asked for a repair with the service general reader about the same he argued that it cant be repaired while i know its a very minor problem.Please take a note of this complaint and take some actions.We trust in Eureka Forbes so we bought your product and we would continue to keep this faith on your company. we have been using the RO SYSTEM for last 7 years and out of these have been paying a big sum on yearly maintenance contracts, however service is just pathetic now . no one responds, service team is no less than a goon, people taking calls are hardly bothered . it takes them a month to resolve issues we have to arrange for water from neighbours. Anju is just not ready to listen or help, n either will she call back. i hold Eureka responsible for this as they should appoint someone to check at the ground reality. i am not asking for free service but have paid money and it is my right to demand service
