[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Sold me dead water purifier | |||
Its been more than two weeks now, I have purchased Eureka Forbes Genius+ model, which is not working from the time of installation. I have spent near about Rs. 20000, for a dead machine. I contacted with them for replacement, now they are saying we don't give replacement rather we repair it at your home. But, why should I allow them to repair a machine which couldn't pour a glass of water also. How could they sell a non working machine. I paid for new functional machine. Mar 8, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My Complaint was regarding machine replacement, but they have not given me replacement.
They have just repaired it at my home. I not happy with this resolution and their service. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have paid Rs. 20, 000 and not received product for near about 3 weeks now. On 17th Dec installation request is registered with you and today is 29. No one taking it seriously.
