Our Eureka Forbes water purifier was barely used since Dec 2020. On 15 Aug 2021 water purifier stopped working completely. I informed a Eureka Forbes technician who had services our water purifier earlier. He reached our premise on 16 Aug 2021, checked the water purifier and said that the filter needs replacement and also said that AMC had expired which I had to renew. since the water purifier had stopped working, I agreed to make the payment to renew AMC and replace the filter. On completion of work, technician asked me to make payment via UPI which I did and on demanding invoice he said I will get it from the back end team over email Towards end of Aug 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care, requested copy of invoice and request number [protected] was shared with me On 24 Sept 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care again since I had not received invoice and escalation number [protected] was shared On 3 Oct 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care again since I had not received invoice and escalation number [protected] was shared I then googled for Eureka Forbes executives contact details and came across Eureka Forbes's articles on fake companies proving fake service with fake products Request Eureka Forbes to inspect the filters installed and replace if fake. If not fake then provide an invoice for the payment made Eureka Forbes technician introduced himself as Arjun Reddy and phone number is[protected] Payment of 5450/- was made to UPI ID [protected]@paytm.
