I have been following up since 1st june when i first registered my complaint about my vacuum cleaner and there is just no response from your team on when i will get my machine repaired. I purchased a small vacuum cleaner through amazon on nov 2nd 2020 and within 6 month sthis stopped working . The service engineer visited on 10th Nov and said the motor was burnt and needed to be replaced. Since then i have been following up with your call center and it is virtually impossible to even connect to te number and am getting no response this is very poor customer service and i am shocked at the poor quality of your product Ragini Atal - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
