[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Vacuum cleaner/ promise not kept

I have purchased a vaccume cleaner from Flipkart and called Eureka Forbes after the delivery for demo of the product. I was told the guy will come in a week. After 3 weeks I recieved a call asking if there was any complaint? Told him that i m still waiting for the demo guy. He said will arrange asap. No go. More than a month and its still unused. Highly disappointed

Updated by Basrag Thanks again for not fulfilling the promise. I was told that the demo guy will come on 14th Sep 2016 Wednesday. But as usual nobody came. Highly disappointed with the services provided. If you guys can't deliver what you say please letme know sonthat I can take it to the consumer court without any delay.
