I had purchased aquaguard magna (Nxt hd ro + uv 7l) water purifier on 07-april-2018 through your website www.Eurekaforbes.Com.

Payment method was cash on delivery.

Within 3 days of installation i started facing problem of water leakage from my purifier. I complained on your helpline number but for more than 2 working days there was no response from you side, no technician visited my place.
After repeated calls on your helpline number the only reply i was getting from you attendant is as quoted "asuvidha ke liye bada khed hai, jaldi se jaldi aapki complaint handle ki jayegi" and when i asked how long will it take they had no clue.
I have audio recordings to substantiate my ordeal.

Somehow 3rd day technician visited, he said it was the fault of the person who had installed the product, he had not cleaned the filters. I asked him is the product defective, he said no and promised no such difficulty will be faced in future.

From 21 may 2018 again, i started facing the problem of water leakage. Again the process of requesting eureka forbes call center people started.
This time also same response - asuvidha ke liye bada khed hai, jaldi se jaldi aapki complaint handle ki jayegi".
One thing is for sure currently eureka forbes is neither producing good quality products nor recruiting/ employing customer sensitive staff. They hardly care what the customer is saying, just keep on repeating the same line again and again.
Why are you even employing manual labor, why don't you simply purchase automatic answering machine.

Now back to the product, somehow a miracle happened the technician visited my place the next day of complaint.
This time i asked him -" now whose fault "
Came a prompt but dubious reply -"sediment filter is required to be installed, the water supplied to my house is of not good quality"
I said that's why water purifier was installed.
Then he said valve needs to be changed, he changed the valve and gave a false assurance that now there will be no problem.

These fickle and vacillating opinions of your 2 technicians clearly indicates that the product that has been delivered to my house is defective.

Now again within 5 days, water has started leaking from my purifier.
What type of games is your company playing with me?
Currently my product is in warranty that's why i am not required to pay charges. But once warranty period is over you will start demanding visiting charges, repair charges and so on.
After spending rs.19990, this is the hardship i am facing.

I want either my product to be replaced
Or
A written assurance on letter head of eureka forbes that after repair i will not be facing any difficulty.
This letter should be signed by a senior officer of eureka forbes as if the goods are sold online then
Sales of goods act, 1930,, copra, 1986 fixes the product liability on the manufacturer of the product.

Otherwise i will be left with no option then to-

1. File complaint under copra, 1986 at district forum level.
Grounds -
Unfair trade practice of the service provider.
Goods bought by consumer, suffers defect.
Services hired or availed suffer deficiency of any kind.
2. File complaint under ipc for elements for cheating and fraud.

No reply from your side attracts provisions of consumer dispute under copra, 1986.
