This is to complain in the strongest terms about the service that I have received from Aquagaurd. Just to give you a brief about the issue. Aquagaurd Engineers / Customer Care people are No.1 cheaters/Fraud based on my experience. They have closed the Case # 76926064 without my intervention or my Sign in the Service Report & the engineer Visited our home and damaged the System & it started issues like huge noise and huge amount of Waste Water, but no performance in the RO inlet. I actually frustrated with the behavior of the engineer who attended the case and re-escalated the issue with the Case # 77031095. However the Aquagaurd Customer care never visited the home. I again submitted an escalated case # 77078597, no resolution has been provided. I am planning to raise a Case on the Consumer Court about this issue.
