Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and No Recruitment Support

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Exhalt Consultancy’s recruitment and refund services. Unfortunately, the overall service was nowhere close to what was promised or what I expected after paying for their services.

The team was extremely irresponsible and poor in communication. Once the payment was made, there was very little meaningful communication or follow-up. It felt as though their primary objective was simply to collect the money, with very little effort made afterwards to actually deliver the promised recruitment support.

Despite paying for the service, I did not receive a single placement opportunity or even one proper interview. There appeared to be very little understanding of my professional profile, experience, or the kind of roles and companies that would actually be relevant to me. The approach to recruitment seemed highly unstructured, with no clear evidence that they understood which companies to approach or how to match a candidate's profile with suitable opportunities.

What made the experience even worse was the refund process. When I raised the issue and requested a refund, the communication became even more frustrating. My requests were not properly responded to, and there was no satisfactory resolution or clear explanation regarding the refund. After taking the payment, getting any meaningful response from the team became extremely difficult.

Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional, poorly managed, and extremely disappointing. If you are considering paying for their recruitment services, I would strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence and getting clear written commitments regarding deliverables, placement support, and refund terms before making any payment.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Exhalt Consultancy to anyone looking for genuine recruitment or placement assistance.
