Dear Sir

I want to register a complaint against a consultancy in Bangalore called “www.exaltconsulting.com”.

I received a call today from a Malini advised me that she works with various companies to provide jobs through her reference and that she would align interviews with various companies on 2nd May. First I denied to her as I thinking that it is a fake call, then she assured me that my money will be reversed as per company terms and conditions which is mentioned on their website, and she kept on calling me that day .
Reading their terms on conditions on their website I helped her and paid the registration fees of Rs. 5416. After the fees is paid, she disappeared and was not taking my call.
I started chasing them on their another no, they said thy are working on my resume and will revert me soon. First 2 months there was no response from ECPS and in July you have sent emails to attend the offline interviews which they have scheduled without my consent and without any prior notice on the 2nd day itself.
Which is just impossible as I am a working professional . I requested them to arrange an online interview to understand the job in detail, which they didnt do until now.

Before scheduling the interview no confirmation was taken from me, neither I was briefed about the nature of job . I am sure that must be fake ones.
Also note the suggested companies were not at all suitable as per my profile/experience.
Even after my written request, ECPS did not copy to me any of the their conversation with the companies they are approaching to. Neither they have given me any contact details of the concerned person in those companies.

Request you to file a complaint against ECPS and Ms. Malini, because she is a cheater, cheating candidates who are in search of job, How many more people must be having hope because of her false statements. Ms Malini, Mob No-.[protected] .
I will be forced to complaint about her and ECPS so that no further candidate will be in same trouble as me and will be fooled by her.

As per their terms and conditions I waited for 3 months and requested refund of my payment, which they are denying to do .

Request you help me to get my amount back and raise a open complaint against them.
