I have called you people many time regards the issue with this account and unfortunately your adviser are not able to provide me solution.
I spoke to you adviser before i recharge my broadband account and your customer service adviser told me that " sir you please recharge the account and your service will be activated and even i ask her about the rs 500. Amount which she said that you don't have to pay this amount your account will be activated. But once i recharge the account and waited for couple of hour then your local service distributor come to my place and ask for rs 500 amount to pay then he will activate the service.
I called your customer service and they advise me that they will look for issue and try to resolve the issue with 24 hours. And now it's been more than 72 hours but the issue is still pending and your adviser is still telling to wait.
This is my humble request to you guys please refund the recharge amount if you guys are not able to solve the issue.
